Every player has their own on-chain wallet: stakes leave it, winnings come back to it, withdrawals go out of it. Each match has its own pot wallet, filled in one transaction at launch and emptied in one at settlement. The fee wallet buys BG from the liquidity pool, burned in the same atomic transaction. Player and pot wallets never hold ETH: they sign EIP-3009 authorizations and the payer wallet submits them.
